These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Video Breakdown, available at videobreakdown.net and related services. By using Video Breakdown, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Video Breakdown converts reference videos into structured prompt packages, including summaries, universal prompts, model-specific prompts, and, for advanced paid features, full video breakdowns. Video Breakdown does not generate the final video output. You are responsible for how you use prompts in third-party AI tools.

Free and Paid Features

The free tool may be used without logging in and is intended for short videos. We may limit free usage by daily quota, file size, file type, duration, rate limits, or abuse controls.

Advanced features may require an account, payment, and active subscription or purchase. Paid features may include higher limits, long-video full breakdowns, exports, saved history, and priority processing. Prices, quotas, and feature access may change over time.

Your Content

"Your Content" means videos, files, prompts, text, metadata, and other material you upload or submit to Video Breakdown. You keep your rights in Your Content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, analyze, transform, display, and otherwise process Your Content as needed to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service.

You represent that:

  • you own Your Content or have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process it;
  • Your Content does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights;
  • Your Content does not contain illegal, harmful, or abusive material;
  • you will not upload highly sensitive, confidential, or regulated information unless you have confirmed the service is appropriate for that use.

AI Output

Generated prompts and breakdowns may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific video generation model. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them. We do not guarantee that prompts will recreate a source video, avoid third-party rights issues, or produce a particular result.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Video Breakdown to:

  • break the law or violate another person's rights;
  • upload content you are not authorized to process;
  • create, distribute, or facilitate harmful, deceptive, exploitative, or abusive content;
  • reverse engineer, overload, scrape, spam, attack, or disrupt the service;
  • bypass quota, payment, authentication, storage, or rate-limit controls;
  • use the service to build datasets or competing systems in a way that violates these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Video Breakdown relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, AI processing, authentication, analytics, email, and payments. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your account information accurate and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

If you purchase paid features, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the fees shown at checkout. Subscription renewals, cancellations, taxes, and refund eligibility depend on the plan terms shown at purchase and the payment provider flow. Unless a separate written policy says otherwise, fees are not refundable except where required by law.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Video Breakdown at any time. We may also remove content, block uploads, throttle requests, or suspend access when we believe it is necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Disclaimers

Video Breakdown is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video Breakdown and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Video Breakdown in the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if you used only the free service.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Video Breakdown from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Video Breakdown after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
